Field Sound Recordist

Royce Sharp attended Oklahoma State University studying Technical Theater before transferring to the University of Oklahoma where he graduated with a degree in Film and Video Studies. His student capstone project, “The Breakup of a Happy Marriage” received the award for Best Student film in 2007.

Royce has been working in the realm of Field Audio Recording since 2007 when he worked on Bradley Beesley’s “Okie Noodling II.” Since then, he has been involved with various documentary, commercial and narrative filmmaking in various disciplines.
